Vitamin E reduces post stroke death risk

Alpha-tocotrienol which is natural form of Vitamin E can stimulate a system which can remove toxins in nerve cells and can avoid death after a stroke.

This type of Vitamin E can be more effective than other drugs which target particular techniques for avoiding damage from stroke.

Researchers from the Ohio State University earlier stated that alpha-tocotrienol can shield the brain after a stroke and inhibit the movement of genes which direct to nerve cell death and can obstruct enzymes from spreading toxic fatty acids.

The flow of blood to the brain gets sudden disruptions which are its symptoms. Within a few fraction of seconds the affected portion of the brain gets disabled.

The effects which include face numbness and weakness and also weakness in leg, arm and in side portions of the body, vision gets doubled and effects in writing and grasping and can feel rigorous headaches.

Alpha-tocotrienol which can be obtained from palm oil has up to sixty times more the antioxidant power as from alpha-tocopherol. Alpha-tocopherol can also be obtained from vitamin supplements and prepared foods is the regular form of Vitamin E.
